A Advansys employee who refers an employee to the company who is subsequently hired will receive a bonus ranging from $250 to $1,500 depending on several factors. Notice of a referral must be given to HR office after a referral applies and before a hiring decision is made. | DUTIES |
Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software applications including web-based applications. Analyze and review system capabilities and software requirements to determine feasibility of design. Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Formulate plan, to develop the program, using structured analysis and design. Develop user interfaces and backend services. Attend daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and grooming. Work on fixing the bugs in the applications developed. Provide production support. Use a variety of development methodologies, software tools and technologies including Agile, Object-Oriented Development, React JS, Java, JSP, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS, CRON, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, SQL, Junit, and Splunk. |
| REQUIREMENTS | Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or a closely related field and one year experience as a Java Developer, Software Developer or in a related position. Experience must include use of Agile methodology, JSP, HTML, Junit, and SQL. Work location: Herndon, VA . Travel/relocation to unanticipated project locations throughout the US may be required. |
